How can we help public institutions focus on the areas where the need is greatest? How do we ensure that the development of our welfare system aligns with the expectations of the people? And how do we uncover opportunities for meaningful change? These are some of the questions we seek to address at Epinion Public Welfare.

In general, people believe that the quality of our public welfare system is declining, and the demographic and political pressures will cause even greater challenges in meeting the citizens’ expectations. Our role is to provide the knowledge and guidance needed to confront the challenges that Denmark faces today. We believe that knowledge is the key starting point for solving the many issues we encounter. While we don’t claim to have all the solutions, we have the methods to identify them and determine how to deliver quality within public welfare.

We believe the solutions spring from adopting more systematic and analytical approaches. We know how to utilize all the data that are just waiting to be used for important decisions. But we also understand how to collaborate with organizations and citizens in identifying areas that require change.

We work across ministries, within all regions, with more than half of Denmark’s municipalities, and with a wide range of educational institutions. We provide insights and advice to address the issues that matter most. Our expertise spans across healthcare, education, elderly care, and employment. We conduct complex evaluations that guide the way forward. By working closely with our clients and partners, we focus on the core challenges and find the best solutions for their work.
