Passenger Terminal Expo, London

Last week Epinion went to one of the largest events in aviation globally – the Passenger Terminal Expo in London. As usual it was jampacked with exciting new technologies particularly around operational efficiency such as big data solutions and self service machines – enough to make most techies drool!
We walked around enjoying the spectacle with one of our biggest clients – Heathrow Airport – and learning just how much stuff is tested and deployed in an airport. With more than 10 years of aviation market research experience, you would think, we had seen it all, but it never ceases to amaze us the speed of innovation. If you get the chance, make sure to work with aviation at least once in your life.
But we were not there for the tech (although we could not help enjoy it – hey, they put a McLaren sports car on display – what is not to like?). No, we were there to make the next step change in Epinion Aviation history. We were there to meet up with the global role model airports and discuss next generation market research.
So what does that mean – well you will just have to wait a little longer, as we develop both the trend reports and products to match in the coming months, but rest assured that best practice market research, cutting edge technology and deep aviation insights will all play a role, so stay tuned…
