Spirit of adventure! We are landing at a new destination: Sharjah Airport! After a competitive pitch, Epinion and its local partner, Greenland, have been retained by the airport in the Middle East as its preferred passenger-listening consultant. We will be helping Sharjah Airport understand the impact of its touchpoints on passenger experience and its consequences for its product and service development strategy.

Sharjah Airport is the airport of the emirate of the same name which borders Dubai to the south. It serves over 11 million passengers every year and is a pivotal hub in the Middle East. We are thrilled to support Sharjah Airport in becoming truly passenger centric and one of the most renowned airports in the region.

This appointment is a milestone in Epinion’s international expansion. It represents our first consulting project in the Middle East. We can’t wait to discover this fascinating part of the world and serve our new client.
